Mark Andrewes - Writer/ Composer/ Director

Mark's songwriting credits include 'All Time High' by Energia (Eurovision UK final 1999), 'Don't Let Life Get You Down' by Joseph McLean (featured on ITV's 'Popstars' series 2001), 'I'm Alive' by Energia  (#11 Commercial Pop Music Week charts 2003), 'Get The Freak Out' by Energia (UK entry in the European Music Video Festival 2006). He performed as lead vocalist on 'This Game' by Energia (#7 Upfront Club Music Week charts 2007).

Previous musical theatre credits include 'This Was Your Life' (composer/ lyricist, national tour, Edinburgh Fringe, winner of Best Original Song - Stratford Upon Avon Fringe Festival 2012 and 2013), 'Snakes! The Musical' (composer/ lyricist, national tour, Edinburgh Fringe), 'Edge of the world' (composer/lyricist, Reading Fringe Festival), It Takes Talent (composer, lyricist, author). 

Mark is a graduate of the University of Cambridge.

Jordan Veloso - Robbie Desire

Originally from the small island of Guernsey, Jordan trained at Paul McCartney’s Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA) where he graduated with a BA (Hons) in Acting. 

Theatre credits include: Aladdin in ‘Aladdin (Madinat Theatre, Dubai), Aladdin in ‘Aladdin’ (The Maltings, Ely) Timmy in ‘Aliens Love Underpants’ (UK Tour), Scarecrow in ‘The Wizard of Oz’ (KD Productions Tour), Peter Pan in ‘Peter Pan’ (Hazlitt Theatre), Price Scynthius in ‘Princess Ida’ (Finborough Theatre), Jojo in ‘Seussical the Musical’ (Hong Kong, Abu Dhabi, Dubai & Singapore), Matthew in ‘Grim: A New Musical’ (Charing Cross Theatre), Michael in ‘Peter Pan the Rock Musical’ (International Italian Tour), Jojo in ‘Seussical the Musical’ (The Arts Theatre, West End). When off the stage Jordan also has a wide range of teaching experience across the country in both primary schools and theatre schools. Jordan is proud to be Assistant Principal of Razzamataz Theatre Schools in Medway where he loves bringing stories to life through drama, singing and dance with his students.

Aemilia Owen - Sharon Foghorn/ The Therapist

Aemilia is originally from Reading and graduated from the London School of Musical Theatre in 2013. Prior to this, she studied Musical Theatre at Bath Spa University. 

 

Credits include: Pippa Middleton in Alison Jackson’s ‘La Trashiata’ (Ed. Fringe, 2015) and a variety of musical cabarets on the London Fringe.

 

Aemilia has spent most of her time since graduating co-managing and singing in a vintage jazz trio at wide variety of events across the country.

Stewart trained at Bretton Hall.

Recent theatre credits include: An Ideal Husband (Sutton House), Cinderella (Gaiety Theatre, Isle of Man), A Christmas Carol, Frankenstein (Groundlings Theatre),The Importance of Being Earnest, Measure for Measure (Courtyard Theatre), The Railway Children (UK Tour), Wind in the Willows (Brentwood Theatre), Charming Dick (Cockpit Theatre). Stewart is also producer of a monthly cabaret night in the West End, That Cabaret, which he regularly hosts.

Rhiannon Drake - Production & stage management/ The TV Presenter

Rhiannon is a graduate of Arts Ed. London and the University of Oxford. She spent six years working as an actor/musician, both in the UK and internationally, before setting up ‘Test Of Time Entertainment’ in 2016.

 

Over the past decade Rhiannon has produced several concerts and small-scale musical theatre productions, including ‘Herstoric’ at The Drayton Arms and ‘Let’s Do It!’ at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Jermyn Street Theatre, Leicester Square Theatre, Upstairs at the Gatehouse and Bridewell. At The Pheasantry (Chelsea) she has produced ‘Boom Bang-A-Bang!’, ‘For Your Ears Only’, ‘In The Mood For A Melody’, ‘Sondheim… Only Slightly Rearranged’ and ‘Wish Upon A Snowflake’, as well as hosting several musical evenings at Above The Arts and Lauderdale House.

Nikola McMurtrie - Choreography/Ensemble

Nikola began her training in ballet at The Dance School of Scotland before going on to study musical theatre at Bird college. Since then she has danced at Sadler’s Wells for Haus of Projects, Cromer’s Christmas Seaside Special (ensemble) and Secret Cinema’s Grease (ensemble).

 

She has also performed at The Pleasance Theatre as ‘Kat’ in the production of ‘Joy Division’, as well appearing in adverts for Paddy Power and Aqua Riva Tequila. Most recently she was featured in UNRD’s “Who Killed Callux” episode as “Kirsty”.

 

Since 2014 she has been a key member of the Ashton Collective and performed in many of their shows including “Flight” at The Platform Theatre (2015) and “Sophie” at The Old Dairy (2018).

 

Additionally, she teaches dance; regularly holding classes at Pineapple Dance Studios on behalf of Sol Dans Company as well as spending 5 years as Head of Dance at Fresh Arts Theatre. Nikola is delighted to now be choreographing for Herstoric

Luke de Belder - Professor Franklin/ Harrison

Luke de Belder is a 27 year old actor based in London. He graduated from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in 2014, and was awarded a Distinction and the school's Embassy Scholarship for exceptional merit.

 

His other work includes national and international touring productions of 'A Christmas Carol', 'The Secret Garden', and 'The Casebook of Sherlock Holmes' (Chapterhouse Theatre Company), 'Measure for Measure' (Heady Conduct) at The Rose Playhouse, 'Party' (Bridge Arts) at The Pleasance in Islington, 'LoveStuck: A New Musical' (Curious Tales) at The Cockpit, several Audiobooks for the RNIB, and a workshop for 'Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead' at the National Theatre Studios.

Lara Sas - Ensemble

Lara Sas is originally from Nottingham and graduated from the MTA in September 2016. She has just finished the pantomime season playing Cinderella (Groundlings Theatre).

 

Theatre credits include:  Belle in ‘A Christmas Carol’ (Groundlings Theatre), Lead in ‘Two and a Half Showbiz Girls’ (Musical Doncaster Little Theatre), Rizzo in ‘Grease’ (Erasmus Theatre Italian Tour) and ‘Eeko’ (Lapland UK). Other credits include: Scare Actor in ‘Walking Dead: Living Nightmare’ (Thorpe Park), Cabaret Choreographer/Dancer for ‘Weekend Recovery’ (Cowshed Productions), ‘Eeko’ (CBBCS Something Special) and Speaking Zombie for ‘Strictly It Takes Two’ (BBC) Whilst training her credits include Helga in ‘Around The World In 8O Days’, Shel in ‘The Venus Factor’ and Talthybia in ‘Welcome To Thebes’.
